Together we looked at CSTPs in rubric form for evaluations including:
- our LGSD rubric
- Newarl's Rubric
- The BTSA CSTP Rubric
- Fallbrook's Rubric
- one scheduled observation (*maybe not needed? has benefits but might not be a stumbling block)
- several (no amount decided) informal visits 5-20 minutes long
- changing the verbage on the rubric (developing, emerging, effective, etc.)
- Making only the "Unsatisfactory or Ineffective" level mean improvement plan or different path
